Boston Market Restaurants Offer Great Savings for a Great Cause

Guests receive more than $50 in savings while supporting Susan G. Komen for the Cure

GOLDEN, Colo. - Boston Market restaurants offer a unique opportunity this spring for guests to save on the food they love while simultaneously supporting a cause they believe in.

Every Boston Market restaurant is selling coupon books - worth more than $50 in savings - that directly benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures.

The coupon books cost only $1 apiece and the dollar goes directly to supporting the cause. Every time a guest purchases a coupon book, Boston Market will donate $1 to Komen for the Cure, with a minimum guaranteed donation of $100,000. The coupon books offer savings on some of Boston Market's most popular meals.

"Supporting Komen for the Cure is just one way Boston Market gives back to the communities that support us every day," said Trey Hall, chief brand officer for Boston Market Corporation. "Komen has been battling breast cancer for 25 years and we value the opportunity to help them in this fight."

Boston Market introduced the coupon book program in 2004. In the three years since the inception of the program, Boston Market guests have helped raise more than $920,000 for Komen. The books will be on sale through June 30, 2007 or while supplies last.

The "Kids Eat Free" Wars Heat up with an Offer That Includes TWO Free Kids`
Meals Per One Adult Purchase, Valid Anytime at All Locations Nationwide Through
Oct. 31

Boston Market today launched a "Two Kids Eat Free" dining program that appeals
to the evolving American family. The company, known for providing nutritious
home-style meals, is the first to launch a national program where two children,
ages 14 and younger, can receive a free kids` meal all day, every day with only
one adult purchase of $6 or more. The number of free kids` meals doubles to four
with the purchase of a Family Meal.

Boston Market has shaped its "Two Kids Eat Free" program to accommodate all
families. Research shows that the dynamics of the American family are changing;
31 percent of families in the United States are single-parent families and 21
percent of families have three or more children. The "kids eat free" offers of
other national restaurants grant free meals to two children only if two adults
accompany them, which fails to address these family demographics with any real
value proposition.

"We know that times are difficult, and when we welcome families into our
restaurants, we want to offer them the best meal at the best price possible - in
this case, as free as possible," said Lane Cardwell, CEO, Boston Market. ""If
you`re a single parent or adult dining alone with two kids, that shouldn`t be a
barrier to a great deal. Likewise, a Family Meal purchase garners four free
kids` meals, which addresses a significant segment of families with more than
two children."

Boston Market Kids` Meals, which cost between $3.79 and $4.29, come with a
choice of entrée, a small side, a kid`s size beverage and cornbread. Entrées
include favorites such as chicken drumsticks, roasted turkey, meatloaf and Mac &
Cheese. The "Two Kids Eat Free" program proves to be an even more exceptional
value when considering the $6 price point for minimum adult purchase.

The "Two Kids Eat Free" offer is valid for up to two kids per $6 minimum
purchase and is available at all 522 Boston Market locations for dine-in,
carry-out or drive-thru orders. The offer includes up to four free kids` meals
with the purchase of a Family Meal. The "Two Kids Eat Free" deal is not valid
with any other discounts, coupons or offers. No coupon required, but kids must
be present to claim their meals - we want to see their smiling faces! Promotion
ends October 31, 2009.

One look at Terrell Owens' six pack abs and you know that not only does this man know how to exercise, but he understands how to diet as well!

The Terrell Owens diet was developed after years of nutritional education at the hands of T.O.'s personal trainer, Buddy Primm.

During football season, for example, breakfast consists of 10 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal. During the off season, breakfast is a rotisserie chicken, black beans and rice.

The Terrell Owens diet consists of 4 to 5 meals per day. This has the effect of speeding up his metabolism and no doubt if you've seen his six pack abs you know that this method works.

He tries to stay away from the junk food year-round, although he does indulge in the occasional M&Ms and Pringles. He also avoids soda and other bad sugars.

In his new book Terrell Owens gives a complete breakdown including meal plans of his exact diet and exercise program. By now it's no surprise that the Terrell Owens workout program consists mostly of resistance bands exercises.

Resistance band training has been the mainstay of his workouts for the last few years.

Terrell Owens is definitely disciplined when it comes to his diet, one of his favorite places to eat is Boston market. He eats healthy all the time and believes that he must fuel his body properly in order to get maximum performance out of it.

Among his friends, Terrell Owens diet is a source of constant amusement. You will often find him eating salmon and asparagus and sometimes he will change it up... eating instead salmon and spinach.

In all here are the basics of the Terrell Owens diet:

1. Eat 4 to 5 times per day, smaller meals keep your metabolic rate higher.

2. Perform two days per week, 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise.

3. Eat lean meats such as chicken and fish

4. No carbs after 6 PM

Follow these simple tips and in no time at all you will have six pack abs just like Terrell Owens.
